The Study About Application of Labor-management Game in Practice of Human Resource Management——Taking Staff Training as Example
In the practice of corporate human resource management,staff training is a very complex and widespread problem that enterprises are facing. Training and not training,increasing or decreasing staffs salary and others constitute daily important work of human resource management,and also become the important content that practitioners need to study. In this paper,the author starts with the real problem and uses the relevant theory of labormanagement game to analyze contradictions appearing in staffs training by establishing game model. The author gets that enterprises must establish a scientific and effective training system,improve the emphasis on staff training,and increase training investment. At the same time,enterprises should solve staff turnover by signing contracts or other ways,and these practices are the right decisions which make enterprises gain larger gains.
