The Ownership and Measurement of Stakeholder Value——Based on the Perspective of Collective Choice by Stakeholders
Value creation and value sharing is the core content in corporate governance and enterprise management. But,the enterprise value is different from enterprise to enterprise,and so there are great differences on the objectives firms chased and the model for value creation and sharing among enterprises. These differences are endogenous in the collective choice by stakeholders. The value of enterprise is the common value of internal stakeholders who take part in the collective choice. The diversity and dynamic of collective choice by stakeholders decide the diversity and variety of enterprise value. Although the diversity and variety characteristic of value,the measurement can use the same model.
