Ownership Structure and Performance of Commercial Banks
The rapid development of the financial industry and the frequent occurrence of financial crisis show the importance of bank governance. In this paper,15 commercial banks listed on a sample of empirical analysis of the ownership structure of Chinas commercial banks operating performance of the bank. It was found that the largest proportion of shareholding and the second to the tenth largest commercial bank shareholding ratio and operating performance showed a U-type relationship. It shows an inverted U-type relationship between Government shareholding ratio and commercial banks operating performance. It has a significant positive correlation between foreign strategic investors and the commercial banks operating performance. The size of the bank for commercial banks had no significant impact on business performance.
