Research on Virtual Teaching Teams Communication Strategy
To enhance the quality of undergraduate teaching, it needs to promote high teaching quality, construct reasonable structure teaching team. As a new teaching organization form, virtual teaching team can make full use of external resources to optimize teaching demand. The communication ability is one of virtual teaching teams critical success factors. By communication innovation, the virtual teaching team can effectively advance its teaching performance. This study uses the communication model to analyze the existed communication problems in virtual teaching team, then give the seamless communication strategy to make up the virtual teaching teams communication defect.
