On Cultivating Innovative Talents as the Goal of Teaching Management Reform

摘要：

The so-called creative talents refers to a sense of innovation,creativity and innovation,and progress of human civilization to make some contributionto the people.The development needs of the times creative talents,but our current management mode lag,content uniformity,and the closed nature of the process of seriously restricting the cultivation of innovative talents.To this end,in order to cultivate innovative talents,the teaching objectives for the current management reform is an urgent need to take steps to try and direction are as follows:To update the management philosophy of teaching,reform curricula structure,optimize the teaching evaluation system and innovative teaching management organizations forms and so on.
