The Related Issues Discussion for Creative Talents Quality Training of Accounting Profession
The cultivation of innovative ability is a key problem to be solved for the current higher education facing new education environment. The internationalized accounting talents of innovative type and high quality should be more needed under the environment of the high-speed economic development in China and the background of international convergence. The research of training mode of an accounting innovative talent should have great theoretical and realistic significance in the new era. The demand to an accounting profession talent is analyzed in present society in this text, the key problems to be solved in the way of the accounting professional innovative talent training and establishment and implementation of quality training mode of the creative type talents of an accounting profession are researched.
