The university science and technology garden as the product of socio-economy and the progress of higher education development has provided the important platform for carrying out innovation and undertaking education, advanced the university student to start an undertaking independently. This article starts from the university science and technology garden as the important role in the university students undertaking process, illustrated the interdependence, mutual promotion and inseparable relations between the university science and technology garden and university students undertaking, having the important meaning to promote the sustainable development of the university science and technology garden and the university students undertaking.
