Highlight Professional Skill Training Mode Reformation in Primary and Secondary School Teachers Training

Teaching profession has a strong professional, teachers must be familiar with professional skills. Professional skills of teachers, mainly to solve the how to teach problem. Grasp the how to teach the methods and techniques are the focus of primary and secondary teacher training. Since 2003, our school begin to reform teachers training model, the professional skills training as a breakthrough for education students to enhance teacher professional identity; a substantial increase in professional skills training courses; emphasis on professional skills training for modern laboratory building; to improve laboratory management and service functions, to achieve self-training; building the online curriculum resource library and teaching management platform for independent learning; use of modern educational technology and modern management concepts to provide students with comprehensive round-theclock self-service training services ; focus on students in the teaching practice in the classroom experience; students through professional training to rapidly improve the ability of classroom teaching practice. These reforms effectively promoting our schools curriculum and training model reform, effectively improving our schools educational level and quality of primary and secondary teacher training, our graduates are welcomed by primary and secondary schools.
