Construction of Total Quality Management in Higher Vocational Colleges
Making great efforts to strengthen the connotation construction, and building long-term mechanism to protect the quality of teaching, has become the consensus of higher vocational colleges. However, choosing what kind of quality management theory as the basis, and choose what kind of building model, are the based issues in Teaching Quality Assurance System. Total quality management model to establish the guiding ideology of Three All One Participation, and establish teaching content platform which focus on the three quality assurance systems of prominent teaching input, teaching process and teaching output, to form a complete set of decision-making system, organizational system, standard system, systems, assessment systems, information systems and other quality management system.
