Study on the Optimizing Mechanism of Higher Education Structure

摘要：

On the basis of educations structure theory, the author analyzed the value orientation of higher education, cleared the responsibility and labor division of the nation, local government, universities and the market during the reformation process. The author established the mechanism system of macro management, research consultancy, evaluation and early warning and dynamic controlling of higher education structure.
