Research for Local Universities Innovative Educating Model Based on Development of Human Resource

摘要：

Innovative educating model is a base of knowledge, capacity, quality structure, educating strategy and operation model, which is important for the quality structure in university according to the needs of society and the characteristic of innovative person. This paper discusses and researches the innovative educating model of local university from the view of human resource development, and thinks the universitys educating should deal with the relationship of every education link and courses, emphasis the optimization and integration of courses setting, combine theory with practice, combine humanistic Education with science Education.
