Macro-route of High Education Reform of Ethnic Minority in Xinjiang

摘要：

Because of long-term implementation of dual system in higher education of both Han and ethnic minority nationality in Xinjiang, higher education reform of ethnic minority is basically within a relatively closed education system, which has achieved almost extreme overall efficiency. To deepen the reform of higher education of ethnic minority nation and realize the coordinated education development of both Han and ethnic minority nationality, it is of great necessity to break the isolation state between Han and ethnic minority nationality education, promoting the integration process. This paper, taking Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics is as an example, described its basic ideas, major initiatives and preliminary results to promote the ethnic minority nationality education reform based on the vision of integrated education of both Han and ethnic minority nationality.
