The Researches on Human Resources Management and Building Mode of Class Culture in University Based on Knowledge Management
We aimed at constructing the goal mode including the class culture of sharing type, learning, trusting and cooperating through integrating of the main content of knowledge management and human resources management, discussing an effective carrier of class construction which embodied the common management goals of humanistic management, job analysis, post configuration and so on, cultivating students consciousness of autonomous management, improving students employment ability, and building up a good class culture.
