An Empirical Analysis of Teachers Involvement in Web-based College English Autonomous Learning
Web is more and more widely used in College English teaching, but some learners cannot effectively conduct web-based autonomous learning. So based on theory of mediation a case study is conducted to enhance teachers involvement in autonomous learning. By helping develop learners learning interest, encouraging the combination of independent learning and interactive learning, and assisting to develop learners self-supervision and self-assessment, this study shows that proper teachers involvement can really improve learners ability of autonomous learning and learning effect.
