The Barriers and Solutions to Library Knowledge Transfer

摘要：

Library knowledge transfer is a process of knowledge socialization, which can promote knowledge sharing and appreciation, and which is also an important channel to increase libraries own interests. This paper discusses the connotation of library knowledge by summarizing lots of materials, and analyzes some barriers like knowledge transfer square, knowledge receiver, knowledge itself attribute etc in library knowledge transfer process, puts forward the corresponding effective strategies, such as setting up platform for library knowledge transfer by using advanced information technology, creating conditions for knowledge stock by establishing learning organizations, providing policy support for library knowledge transfer by establishing incentive mechanisms etc.
