The Theoretical Framework of Institutional Teaching Quality Standard System
Quality standard is an accordance of quality management. Based on main factors which influence the institution teaching quality analysis, this paper has carried out a study on the theoretical framework by discrimination method, for institutional teaching quality standard system. Its considered that institutional teaching quality should mainly reflects students knowledge and ability of problem-solving and overall quality, as well as learning quality and graduating paper. Institutions internal quality system includes students development standard, that means goals of institutions, majors, courses, and graduating design (paper), academic degree level, and the must-be teaching quality standard, which covers teaching, learning and management principles. Institution teaching quality standard has some basic features such as diversity, pluralistic, seriation, multi-layers, while higher education is popularized. The system for institutional teaching quality standards should scientifically be set-up by complying with the principles of consistency, adaptation, feasibility and advancement.
