College Cultural Construction with International Characteristics Under Chinese-foreign Cooperative Program of Running Schools

摘要：

By the methods of literature, interviews, and investigation, this paper demonstrates the significance of college cultural construction with international characteristics in terms of the necessity and functions of cultural construction. Through the research, this paper argues that it can create college cultural with international characteristics from the perspective of material, cultural, institutional and behavior cultures.
