On the Three Chaos Phenomenon in Adult Higher Education and Its Administration
The diversification of both the forms and the management systems of Chinas adult higher education has led to the phenomenon of management confusion, low quality, and waste of resources in some areas. This paper analyzes the current three chaos phenomenon of school forms, enrollment and teaching management in China and proposes to reform the adult educational management system, and establish a unified national educational system and quality guarantee system so as to promote the development of Chinas adult education.
