Analysis on Innovation Way of Chinese Legal Education
Economic globalization, technological development and the profound changes of Chinese society present the stern challenges to legal education. There are three important problems on Chinese traditional legal education. The first problem is the confusion between popular education and outstanding person education. The second problem is the fetters of legal training mode. And the third problem is the divergent between the legal science education and legal occupations relations. This paper adopts with value analysis and empirical research methods. This article embarks from our country social reality, profits from the advanced legal science education experience and makes every effort from many aspects to enhance the legal science education effectiveness.
