Research on the Feasibility and Effectiveness of the Performance Evaluation System on University Courses Teaching
In view of the problems in the performance evaluation of higher education teachers curriculum teaching, according to university teaching performance management and operation mode diversity, the article from the multiple perspectives of effective teaching curriculum, building quality-oriented performance management evaluation system for higher education teaching ,and realize the feasibility of evaluation and assessment in teaching performance management, in order to improve the education quality effectively and comprehensively.
