Exploration and Practice of CDIO Engineering Education Mode
CDIO is the 4 English words acronym of conceive and design and implement and operate ,CDIO mode applies the life cycle from product and production processes and system to running as the carrier, these can cultivate professional and technical knowledge and personal ability and professional competence and team work and communication skills of the students, and train the design and implementation and operation abilities of the product system comprehensive quality under business and social environment. CDIO mode closely contacts industry, and focuses on an integrated ability, and interprets the engineering from a wide view, and closely combines the engineering with social development and market discipline and history culture and value conception and psychology and the aesthetic. CDIO mode is a kind of engineering education program and a sort of notion of engineering education, the education can refer to CDIO mode, but also it must accord with the different characteristics of our society and every school and each profession, our college has strengthened exploration of CDIO mode from theory and practice, and built the effective new mode of engineering education according to the mode features and the reform consideration of Chinas CDIO and the project of education reform.
