On Improving the Soft Power of the Chinese Language and Literature in Science and Engineering Colleges

摘要：

The article focuses on improving the students ability in the employment competition of the Chinese language and literature in science and engineering college. Through surveying and reviewing literatures, the author gets the significance of improving the students soft power with college degrees. Four steps the college should take to improve the students soft power. In this way, students will not only promote employment and realize the value of university students, but also the healthy development of higher education.
