Teaching Reform of Economic Law

摘要：

The course of Economic Law is basic in economics and management specialty. However, these students lack basic knowledge of law, and effect of learning Economic Law is poor. Therefore, a teaching reform of Economic Law, comprehensively and systematicly, is necessary. First, we must establish the basic guiding ideology of teaching reform of Economic Law. On this basis, we have to explore the teaching content: building the basic theoretical framework of economic law; training civil knowledge; collecting typical cases. Meanwhile, the reform of teaching methods is also necessary, such as improving case teaching and reforming the examination system. Finally, some issues require further study, for example, electronic lesson plan in the process of teaching, organization issues of class discussion, and so on.
