Problems and Solutions in Business Management Undergraduate Case Teaching
Case teaching is a teaching method which is paid attention to and commonly used in undergraduate business management, however, the implemental effect of teaching practice is to be improved. In this paper, the current problems and cause in the teaching process are analyzed, such as lack of teaching materials, no enough attention from teaches and students short ability to adapt. In combination with writers experience and understanding of the case teaching in business and management, proposals in five areas is put forward to improve teaching effectiveness and teaching quality in case teaching in bachelor of business administration, improving the status of case teaching in undergraduate teaching in business administration, developing scientific and reasonable plan of case teaching, carefully propagating the high quality of teaching cases for needs, strengthening the guide for case teaching and teacher training, improving students adaptability and sense of participation.
