Research on Training Mode of Talent in Japanese Major
Talent training is imperative, and how to establish talent training modes has become an important task for all the universities. As professional teaching of Japanese, to improve teaching quality, innovative training for the community, the application type and compound talents, especially training talent with cultivation of innovative spirit and practical ability of the Japanese language has become the responsibilities for universities and staff of Japanese teaching in universities. This paper studies the research of domestic talent training, comprehensive analyze the evolution of talent training mode in Japanese major, and proposed the three principles of talent training model in Japanese. The three principles are included principles of comprehensive training, principles of curriculum design, and principles of capacitybuilding. From the principles of talent training, we can see that the implementation of talent training mode requires schools, teachers and students to together promote and explore.
