Research on the Reforms of Practice Teaching of Major of Economics Under the Goal of Creative Talent Development
From long-term development, the emphasis on practice teaching should be an important task in the future of higher education reform and development. Education should teach students knowledge-based talents, and also assume the task of training applied talents. Based on the analysis of practice teaching at home and abroad, we proposed that reforms of practice teaching in economic major under the goal of creative talent development should be organize and operate as around a center, establishment of three systems. Around the one center, that is to enhance the comprehensive ability of students as the center; three systems means the establishment of sub-class teaching, laboratory simulation simulates the training subsystem, the subsystem of social practice. Then we should cultivate innovative talents who both have flexible economic expertise and meet market demand.
