A Discussion About Non-administration in College

摘要：

This article talks about the reasons, problems of administration and how to achieve non-administration in colleges. It figures out the historic resources of college administration, and it proposes several problems exists in college system now, including the weak of academic function, inactiveness in administration, abruption, and nullification of teachers. Besides, it also suggests to think generally change the environment, establishes headmasters selection system and academic union.
