Research on Postgraduates Employment Difficulties and Innovation in Practice Teaching
The job market for postgraduates has already turned its stress from academic career to personal capability, which leads to the key point of solving employment problem become to quicken cultivate applied postgraduates. So from now on we should establish the sense of cultivating practical postgraduates and academic postgraduates connectedly together, emphasize more on examination methods for practical teaching and some related measures, and advance the reform and innovation of postgraduates practical teaching in order to enhance postgraduates social adaptability and to solve the problem: graduation refers to unemployment.
