From the View of Language Partner Activities Talking About MTCSOL

摘要：

MTCSOL (Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) came into the need of overseas teachers from the quantity and quality. Based on the survey of Language Partner Activities which MTCSOL participate in Southwest University, we try to collect more practical reflection of the training of MTCSOL graduate and make some recommendations. We try to use questionnaire to see the abilities and the quality of MTCSOL students when they participating the activity. Through the questionnaire we find that: basic knowledge of Chinese language, Chinese as a second language acquisition theory is the indispensable basis for MTCSOL graduate. Language Partner Activities is a good chance to make students practice what they learned in the classroom. In a word Graduate Master Degree in MTCSOL should be further improved by focusing on the combination of theory and practice.
