Research on Modern Enterprise Performance Measurement System Based on the Strategic Management
The article is based on the strategic analysis of how effective performance management, scientific evaluation of the performance of the organization, to improve the economic efficiency of the organization to get and keep business competitive advantages. Construction method of performance evaluation system is guided by the strategic management, based on the balanced scorecard, by means of a questionnaire, drawing by Likert five-level scale, extracts key indicators of the enterprises performance evaluation, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine its weight, construction of performance evaluation index system of modern enterprise scientific and effective. Research has shown that the performance appraisal system to a comprehensive, systematic, scientific evaluation of enterprise performance levels, ultimately create conditions for the rapid development of enterprises.
