Research and Practice on Teaching Model Reform Based on Constructivism
It is an important way to achieve the goal of personnel training through reforming traditional education system and designing and building studentcentered teaching model in applied and technologybased colleges. We are supposed to pay more attention on the students learning process by constructivism, teaching model and curriculum design. Only in this way the objective needs of society and quality evaluation could be continuously realized and perceived by students, and consequently the motivation of students are aroused. Three measures would be implemented to achieve it: comprehensive analysis on capacity needs of occupational status groups for the decision of course selection; ladder and professional quality evaluation involved in the design of teaching process: establishment of a decent teaching environment to meet requirements of professional quality training. Some majors have made active use of principle of constructivism learning theory to design and implement education and teaching reform, with satisfactory effects on the improvement of student comprehensive quality such as stronger initiative, better professional quality and employability, where the target fashion people who need a job into people that job needed has been truly realized.
