Study on the Training Mode of High-quality Applied Talents
Reforming higher education practical teaching mode and cultivating high-quality applied talents is a very important and urgently strategic task. Based on the current situation that graduates of higher education lack practical creative ability and the structure of supply and demand in the talent market shows obvious contradictions, this paper presents that ascertaining the core of training mode is the principal task and renewing the concept of education is the fundamental problem. Moreover, according to existing problems, this article also provides a analysis on the training mode of high-quality applied talents from the following aspects respectively, such as optimizing experimental teaching mode, strengthening the reform of practice link, promoting the combination of production, teaching and research, etc.
