Analysis on the Career Plannings Effect of the Independent Colleges Ideological and Political Education

摘要：

Paper first describes the concepts of career planning, and analysis of the Independent Colleges ideological and political education, which is facing the grim situation. Then thesis analyzes the relationship between Career Planning and ideological and political education, which includes the education objectives, content and functionality of the consistency. Finally, independent colleges can make use of career planning as an opportunity to actively promote the ideological and political education.
