Training Quality Improvement of the College Students of Mining Engineering Major

摘要：

As an important part of college students, mining engineering college students have their own characteristics. Because of the difficult nature of mining industry, more than fifty percent of them come from rural areas, and most of them have the habit of study hard, strong motivated heart and sense of responsibility. Also most of them are annoyed by shorting of money and high social pressures and weakness of their own psychological situation. So lots of them have the problem of mental poverty. On the basis of above problems, this paper is focused on how to improve training quality of mining engineering college students.
