The Importance of Students Self-help Organization to University Students Psychological Quality Education—Based on the Survey of 50 Universities
Objective: In order to understand the development psychological society in college and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of education, according to the research on the fifty universities studentself-help psychological societies and the basic attitude of 100 undergraduates to the societies Methods: Through the investigation and interview to fifty universities and 100 undergraduates with questionnaire to analyze the results by the SPSS 16.0 statistics software. Results: With the lack of students, 64 percent of community staff cannot satisfy the needs of campus students; the disproportion between the association scale and the large students of university; it is difficult to carry out lack professional psychological counseling work, in the daily management work, only 14％ of the societies have perfect rules and regulations, and lack of regulations made societies management confusion, lack of continuity. Conclusion: School of university students psychological societies should give more support and strengthen the instructor of the building, on the psychological societies not only in professional knowledge, activity funds to give support, more should help communities to establish and perfect rules and talent training mechanism, which enables the psychological societies long, persistent in ideological and political education work plays a more important role.
