Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Liberal Arts Students in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

摘要：

In knowledge economy, the implementation of knov/ledge management is to foster organizational innovation, collective creativity and form core competitiveness. Liberal arts in Colleges and Universities must attach the importance of knowledge management in cultivating innovative talents. By analyzing the meaning of knowledge management, the unique role of knowledge management in the cultivation of innovative talents of liberal arts colleges, the text illustrates the focus of the cultivation of innovative talents of liberal arts in Colleges and Universities from the perspective of knowledge management.
