The development of knowledge economy and society will depend on high-quality creative talent. Higher education institutions are the main force to implement the strategy of rejuvenating nation by science and education. The coal higher education institutions shoulder the historical task of training creative talents for coal industry. In the new time, what measures coal higher education institutions will take to locate the precise talent nurturing goal will become the key of speeding their own development and the development of coal industry.
