Optimizations of College Librarians Quality Structure and Knowledge Hierarchy

摘要：

This essay reveals primal problems existed in college librarians themselves from their quality structure and knowledge hierarchy. According to the requirement of development of educational informationization, this essay suggests that college librarians should have the knowledge system and quality structure, and bring forward some countermeasures how to optimize the knowledge hierarchy and diathesis structure of college librarians.
