Problems and Strategy on Teachers Mental Health

摘要：

Through the empirical studies by SCL-90, it is found that about 30.64％ teachers work in primary and secondary schools have psychological problems. It is a relatively high rate compared to other groups, and showing that we must pay more attention to the mental health of teachers. To maintain the teachers mental health, firstly, school managers must focus on improving the support mechanisms of teachers mental health and its maintenance. Secondly, school managers also must put more efforts into the formation of a good organizational atmosphere in school. Thirdly, teachers should focus on increasing their ability of self-psychological adjustment.
