Study on the Function that Managers Act in Young Teachers Occupation Plan in University

摘要：

This article studied the function that university managers act in young teachers occupation plan from the aspects of the planning, the implementation and the evaluation. The results show that every stage of young teachers making plan needs the participation of school managers. Only the two works together, the common development of individuals and the school could be realized.
