The Construction of Tutor Team and the Cultivation of Graduate Innovation Ability
The cultivation of graduate innovation ability is an important stage to cultivate high-quality talent and the core of graduate education. Firstly, the problems of innovation ability training in the graduate education is studied and analyzed. Aiming at solving those problem in graduate innovation ability training, this article discussed the relation between tutor team construction and graduate innovation ability training, and referring to current status, proposed a few ways such as the choice principle of tutor, the cultivation of quality and introduction of tutor, et al, to construct instructor group, which has a positive significance to cultivate high-quality and innovative talents.
