Study on Training of the Newly Recruited Young Teachers

Due to the comparatively big differences between nonkey colleges and universities newly recruited young teachers and their predecessors in terms of educational background, ideology and morality, values, potential and sex ratio, the stabilization and training of these newly recruited young teachers are facing new challenges. Thus this paper takes how to train the newly recruited young teachers as its theme. Through the methods of setting up four classes and ensuring support in two aspects, the research result has been reached as that the education of professional ethics plays an important role in training of the newly recruited young teachers.
