The Discussion on School Building of Grass-roots Organizations Archives—Taking Department Archives Construction As an Example
The archives is a synthesis reflection of the whole university work. The department, as the grass-roots organizations of universities, is no doubt that department archives construction is the important part of school archives construction. The department archives construction should take the major as the core, serve talents training as the fundament purpose .The paper will carry on discussing the construction of the department archives ,from the following four points: the consciousness of archives, principles of archives localization, content elements, management project, in order to make the archives construction and the major construction coordination, promote the continuous and effective development of department archives construction and make the most of the archives value.
