摘要：

Logistics is a traditional labor-intensive industry, the stability of its labor relations decide his sustainable development, and at the same time it is also decide social harmony and stability. This article through the research on the labor relations of small and medium-sized logistic enterprise, then propose some ideas to cope with it.
