Deliberation of Management Energy Education in China from Spot Emission Reduction
In the second half of 2010, some places in China started power cuts to promote spot emission reduction, causing much inconvenience for companies and residents, which is concerned extensively in society. The main reason is that Chinese energy education system is unenlightened and it still exists many problems. For example, it lacks a reaching plan and an effective powerful law system and doesnt reach a balance educated in China and so on. To solve these problems, governments must strength the publicity of it. The enterprises should positively reduce their emission displacement. The NGOs can help enlarge the publicity and citizens should form a good habit of saving energy. Let the government, society, people combined together. Then the goal will be achieved and the education career can be developed fast. In this essay, spot emission reduction is an example and energy education is the theme. Meanwhile, Literature analysis, measurement analysis and policy analysis will be used in it to analyze the problem, and make a contribution to the process of energy saving and emission reduction.
