A Research into the Impact on Academic Performance of the Informal Groups Among College Students
There are a lot of phenomena of getting together or getting united among the contemporary college students and their academic performances are greatly influenced by social impacts. How to treat and resolve this type of problem is a difficult work targeting university students. The author, based on the psychological point of view, and with the data from the case, analyzes the informal groups that have an influence on the students academic performances, discusses the correct form of treating the informal groups, i.e. the role of groupuscules, and finally proposes some ways of thinking and methods for such a work.
