Suggestions to Strengthen the Vocational Education Legislation for Human Resources Construction in Henan Province
To realize the strengthening strategies of human resource development, Henan Province has obvious potentials and advantages, but faces current difficulties and barriers in systems. Based on the collection of data, the thesis makes a deep research into the relationship between vocational education legislation and strategies of human resources employed to strengthen Henan Province by means of literature review and contrast analysis. The author draws a conclusion that we must strengthen the vocational education legislation to promote the development of the human resource. Meanwhile we should focus on the specialization and wide participation in its procedure and insist on the systemic coordination and highlight the core issue in its content.
