A New Access of Competitive Intelligence: Micro-blogging
This paper introduces a new access of competitive intelligence: micro-blogging, and then discusses some methods on how to obtain competitive intelligence on micro-blogging platforms.At the end of this paper the limitations and further developments on the use of micro-blogging in competitive intelligence are mentioned.
