A Study on the Application of Technology Roadmap in Local Science and Technology Planning

摘要：

When beginning the strategic research work of the twelfth five-year science and technology planning, MOST(Ministry of Science and Technology) emphasized adopting technology roadmaps to achieve innovation of the technology planning methods.In this context, this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying technology roadmap in local science and technology planning, and tries to develop the process of drawing local technology roadmap.
