Competitive Intelligence System Oriented to Capital Venture
Based on the concepts and characteristics of Venture Capital, the paper finds the competitive intelligence needs in the operation of venture capital.It constructs a broad sense competitive intelligence system frame model which is oriented to the development of VC industry,to meet the needs of competitive intelligence and to provide competitive intelligence services.The Competitive Intelligence System is constituted by types of information platform, relying on the professional teams, with information disclosure and restraint mechanism at the core.
